Schaumglas Global Consulting is strengthening the team

Kjell Håkon Helgesen is joining the Schaumglas Global Consulting team GmbH (SGGC) as Sales Director. SGGC is a specialised partner in all aspects of foam glass gravel and foam glass boards. SGGC is also a supplier of turnkey plant technology for foam glass production up to commissioning and transfer of competence regarding the production process.

Helgesen is a graduate engineer (M.Sc.) with supplementary education in administration and finance. He has been involved in the development of lightweight construction materials for the most of his professional career and has for many years worked internationally with coordination of the expanded clay (Leca) business in both the maxit Group and Saint-Gobain Weber. For the last 10 years he has been involved in the foam glass industry as CEO in the Norwegian companies Glasopor (foam glass gravel producer) and Foamrox (innovative startup company transferring foam glass boards to competitive construction materials).

The CEO of SGGC Harald Prang is very pleased to have Kjell Håkon Helgesen joining the team. Helgesens international industrial experience will be a very important for the future growth of our company.
